Don’t just eat the food, learn about it! Enjoy a set menu while we tell you all about the history of the food and how it is prepared. Food is paired with wines, focusing on interesting local producers. We’ll talk about both the Italian winemaking tradition of old and what’s happening now. Portions are generous; you will leave absolutely stuffed. We offer two programs: “Gastronomia 101"
Gastronomia refers to the classic Italian deli products: cheese, cured meats, olives, preserved vegetables. This generous sampling is accompanied by 3 red wines and beautiful artisan breads, followed by a traditional apple cake and dessert wine. An entertaining explanation accompanies everything served. “The Tuscan Table”
