Walking: Just inside the old city wall at Porta San Miniato. From Piazzale Michelangelo descend the long, ramped stairs that lead to Via del Monte alla Croce. From Ponte Vecchio we are a few minutes east on the south side of the Arno, at the intersection of Via di San Niccolò and Via San Miniato, across from Bar Rifrullo.
