Zeb stands for “zuppa e bollito” -- soup and bollito , a traditional Florentine beef simmered in water with vegetables. Although a great selection of dishes is offered every day, the name reflects a home style approach to the food -- simple, rooted in tradition, prepared with care using quality ingredients and absolutely delish.
